Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
* Item must be unused and in its original condition
* Item must be in original packaging
* Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

* Gift cards* Clearance or final sale items
* Certain hygiene-related baby products once opened

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
